1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SEO Vein Finder ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
3. Subscription and Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis (Starter, Pro, and Agency plans) plus optional one-time top-up credits, billed through Stripe. Plan allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Search volume, referring domain counts, competition scores, and all other metrics provided by the Service are estimates sourced from third-party data providers. These figures may not perfectly reflect real-time search engine rankings or traffic outcomes, and no ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome is guaranteed. You should independently verify critical data points before making business decisions based on them.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service allows you to generate articles, video scripts, and other content using third-party AI language models that you connect with your own API key. AI-generated content may contain factual errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing any AI-generated content before publishing it anywhere.
6. Third-Party Connections
The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts, including but not limited to WordPress, Blogger, and AI language model providers (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok). Your use of these connected services is subject to those services' own terms of service and privacy policies. You are responsible for any costs incurred on your own connected third-party accounts. The Service is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
7. Affiliate Marketing and Content Disclosure
The Service is designed to assist with affiliate marketing content creation. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding affiliate marketing, including FTC disclosure requirements, on any content you publish using outputs from this Service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law, infringe on intellectual property rights, generate content that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO Vein Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent/abusive activity.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
